Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments on-line, by telephone, or wire transfer. We also accept PayPal. You can also download an order form from the website and fill in the details and send or fax it to us.

BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, select pay by Credit Card and you will be taken to our secure payment server, PayPoint.net, where you can enter your payment details using secure 128-bit encryption. Email confirmations will follow immediately upon completion.

If you experience problems making a payment please check you have entered your email address correctly (no spaces, most payment errors are due to this problem), your name, address and particularly zip code are correct. If this still does not resolve the problem please call us on 202 508 8259.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when full payment has cleared, and hence a contract between us. Your invoice will be included with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

All orders are charged in US dollars.
Shipping And Handling Carriage charges for all goods are worked out by weight in the shopping basket.

To find out the delivery charge on your purchase just add goods to the basket.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 5 days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy GTC do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt and we will replace immediately. If you decide you no longer require the goods within 7 days of receipt we offer a full refund less any carriage charges so long as the goods are in the condition you received them in.
Remittance Terms No goods will be shipped without payment in full by credit/debit card, wire transfer or check payable to Global Telesat Corporation. Goods are supplied subject to conditions of sale. We do not relinquish title of these goods until payment is received in full.
